Our main products are Penicillin G Procaine, Penicillin G Benzathine and other semi-synthetic Penicillin products. In 1998 we were approved by China GMP for sterile API; in 2003 we applied and accepted FDA site inspection for sterile API; in 2007 we achieved COS in Europe for sterile API; in 2009 we were approved by German GMP for sterile API; now our products are registered in 15 countries in the world. Now we have CEP for Sterile Penicillin Procaine and Sterile Penicillin Procaine with 1% lecithin. Since our target is international high level market at the very beginning, we have not only implemented domestic GMP, but also built a perfect QA system according to USA cGMP and ICH Q7A. Equipments and facilities were designed and constructed according to ISPE. Quality of products is updated according to CP, USP, EP and BP, and internal control is even stricter. Hebei Huari has built a new semi-synthetic flexible workshop with international level standard in the end of 2006. The whole manufacturing process is totally closed. This flexible workshop introduced DCS to control manufacturing process and records which avoided operation impact on quality.
